To qualify for this policy, we must receive your purchase back at HANNI; PO Box 525; Harbor Springs, MI 49740; no more than 30 days after the day we sent it to you. Your return must be in brand new condition, in the original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied with a copy of your receipt so we can credit you properly. Please insure your return and send it in sturdy packaging - we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. If your purchase was made during a "free shipping" promotion, standard shipping charges will be deducted from full or partial returns. Please allow 1-3 weeks to process your return.
***Jewelry with custom inscriptions, custom finishes, or other applied custom requests may not be returned or exchanged. Also, jewelry purchased through one of our retailers must be returned directly to the store/catalog where you purchased the piece.
Every piece of jewelry we make comes with a one-year guarantee against defects in materials and/or workmanship. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect (ie : catching a bracelet or chain on something that pulls it apart). Save your receipt and please give us a call if you have a problem with anything you purchased from us - your complete satisfaction is our goal!

We ship most orders via insured US mail, unless other shipping is chosen when you check out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : Please note that international shipments can take a LONG time to arrive! Most arrive within ten days - three weeks, but can take as long as two months (or longer during the holidays). Please allow for these delays when ordering internationally! NOTE : Customs and duty fees for international shipments may be assessed and are the responsibility of the customer. We write the exact value on our shipments.
RETURNED PACKAGES : If a package is returned to us because an address was incorrectly entered or not recognized by the shipping company, we will contact the purchaser to see if reshipping or a refund is desired. The shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser - the purchaser will have to pay additional charges to reship, or if a refund is desired, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
LOST PACKAGES POLICY : We insure all packages and will refund you if your package doesn't arrive, with the following stipulations :
1) you may have to fill out/sign a simple form stating that your package did not arrive.
2) for domestic mail shipments, insurance can't be claimed until 21 days after the shipping date; for international shipments, insurance can't be claimed until 45 days after the shipping date. Refunds will be made when the insurance claim is processed. If you'd like a re-shipment before you receive your refund, please place a new order. We will then refund you for the first shipment when the insurance claim is processed.
3) insurance claims must be reported to us within 75 days of the shipping date or the claim can not be processed.
